Job Details: MARKETING PERFORMANCE MANAGERWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing digital marketing strategies to maximize digital ROI, increase traffic and grow leads. The team is passionately focused on building our brand, supporting banking products and finding innovative ways to engage and retain clients.WHAT WILL YOU DO?• Experience running media campaigns for B2B and B2C marketing demand campaigns• Lead, develop and measure acquisition strategies in close collaboration with our segment team, which represents our lines of business, marketing analytics and our advertising agency• Translate business objectives into tangible prioritized channel recommendations to meet both short and long-term objectives.• Work with the AOR to build the strategy for search, social and display campaigns to support performance-based goals• Optimize the scale and efficiency of our campaigns across social, paid search and display channels, partnering with agencies and internal creative teams• Solid foundation in marketing metrics and reporting up insights to higher level executives• Define programmatic measurement frameworks, including incremental tests, working with Marketing Analytics to set goals and metrics for each program• Build out reporting to monitor performance and identify areas of opportunity• Develop relationships with marketing analytics and technology partners to ensure we’re following best practices and gaining access to relevant betasWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDMust-Have*• Minimum of 3 years of experience with media planning and executing across programmatic display, remarketing, paid search, social media, etc.• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience, either working for or with agency in a recent capacitySkills and Knowledge• Financial services experience highly desirable• Must understand the programmatic space including audience targeting capabilities, bidding strategies, user funnels, and creative testing.• Solid understanding of Analytics systems. Adobe adstack experience a plus• Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations• Experience managing agency partners or working at an agency• Expertise in successfully developing and executing acquisition strategies• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field*To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualificationsThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
