The analyst will be focus on margin monitoring, issuing maintenance calls, approving disbursements and other issues related to margin accounts.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Analyze and review client accounts and account activity* Apply extension policies* Apply regulatory and firm exposure rules and regulations* Review and monitor trading activity* Issue daily notices and process payouts and transfers within firm or outside firm* Responsible for approving and entering wires, ACH and journal requests* Assist with other financial operations* Perform other tasks and duties as required and assignedExperience and Skills* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Finance, or other related fields* Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new and proprietary software* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize daily work flow, and ability to work independently* Customer service skills
