As the Operations Manager / Culinary Ambassador, you will be the single point of contact and “sole proprietor” for the local client relationship at the location responsible for all operations at this Boutique Corporate location.

Primary functions: FOH/BOH management and responsible for managing guest experience, all processes
– inventory, receiving, logs and cleanliness.

HACCP knowledge a must.

Responsible for financial analysis as well as all audits
– operational, sanitation, and financial.

You will be responsible for:
Overall management of all food service aspects at location.
Execution of BOH and FOH guest experiences and culinary activities.
Maintain quality and safety standards for all food related practices and policies.
Oversee food and beverage programming and provide new product and menu recommendations with emphasis on local, innovative, and diverse offerings.
Identify and build relationships with guest restaurants and other external partners; manage logistics for engagement activities.
Work with onsite client team to plan and execute all catering events.
Liaise with Food Service HQ key stakeholders and staff team.
Budget management.
Ideation of new products, services, equipment, guest surprise and delight activities, and programming.
Host monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Ideal candidates will possess a degree or related culinary degree with 5+ years of industry & culinary management experience.

The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.

Previous experience with controlling food cost, menu development, P&L accountability, retail, contract-managed service experience, and local business and community knowledge is desirable.
