Boutique West Los Angeles-based gym in search of an experienced manager to oversee the maintenance/operations of the gym, as well as gym staff and payroll on behalf of gym owner/partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee and manage payroll, ensuring it is signed-off by ownership and submitted on time.
· Manage operations team, including front desk and maintenance staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
· Hires, train and supervise operations team members for the front desk and cleaning staff.
· Assist partners with member and/or operational issues.
· Serves as Liaison with cleaning team daily to ensure proper level of cleanliness is maintained at all times including daily management of the cleaning checklists.
· Ensure all members concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
· Enforces all club rules, policies and promotes proper execution of all procedures.
· Keep the club fully staffed
· Manage membership questions, concerns, and inquiries for their facility
· Train staff to be the face of the club by providing hospitality to all members and guests
· Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, inspiration, and guidance toward achieving individual and club goals
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years managing a boutique fitness center or similar.
· Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone and via email.
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Above average computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,748.00 – $127,025.00 per year
