Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities -Dispatching 10-12 Vehicles -Managing Driving Staff of up to 20 drivers
– Handling Client Requests and Special Services
– Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements -Develop relationships with clients
– Oversee Program for improvements and ensure client needs are met in a timely fashion -Serve as the single Point-Of-Contact between clients and internal teams
– Notify personnel and supervisors of issues arising that need attention Qualifications Experience as a Key Accounts Manager / Dispatcher / Manager Experience in customer service Strong communication skills with an aptitude in building professional relationships Ability to problem-solve and negotiate Current Class A or B CDL With Passenger Endorsement, within 6 months of employment start date (paid training) by Jobble
