Our client is a major manufacturer and distributor of female apparel materials (bras, loungewear) and a major partner of apparel retailers throughout the USA. We are searching for a professional and diligent Operations Manager to join our client’s main warehouse in the city of Chatsworth, CA.
As the Operations Manager, you are the top authority in the Operations Department, directly reporting to the CEO and President of the company. You are going to be responsible for the following:
· Overseeing the purchasing, production, supply chain, source, warehouse, and sales departments
· Maintaining project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
· Implementing and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans.
· Delegating responsibilities to the best employees and rewarding them accordingly for good work
· Resolving any internal issues that come up in an efficient manner that is mutually beneficial for all parties
· Managing the organizational structure as well as establishing metrics and business plan development
· Developing strategy plans to optimize productivity and improve systems used in the warehouse.
· Other duties as assigned.
This is a full time, direct hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements:
This is what we are going to be looking for in your candidacy:
· You must have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role in Operations or similar
· You have a background in apparel, clothing, or similar
· You must have knowledge in directive to consumer-based knowledge
· You have accounting knowledge, you can track finances and budget reports
· You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance or something similar
· You have strong decision-making capabilities
· You are a great negotiator
· You possess working knowledge of operational procedures
· You have the ability to develop and maintain financial plans and budgets
· As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and or drug test.
