Operations Director (B2B Sales exp. req.) Description
Our client is looking for an Operations Director to add to their team in Los Angeles, CA. Working directly with the CEO, you will develop the sales strategy to reach the company’s revenue goals across all sales channels. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales and management/leadership background and will be able to manage employees across various functions (operations, finance, etc.) as you’ll be managing all 25 employees. This is a great opportunity to join a small company (with a relaxed environment) that’s truly invested in their employees. A permanent flex-work environment is in place for this company. You’ll be able to work 3-4 days at home, with 1-2 days in the office each week.
Operations Director (B2B Sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute the strategic vision
- Develop the team
- Drive the marketing and sales funnel development
- Manage development of strategic accounts
- Create a group of passionate evangelists promoting the company’s mission
- Hold all stakeholders including employees and vendors accountable for results
- Bring operational expertise and leadership to all teams
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate all managers and employees
- Oversee the daily operations of the company
- Lead customer and cross-functional account meetings
- Promote the company
Operations Director (B2B Sales exp. req.) Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B sales experience required
- Professional Services industry experience required
- BPO or Staffing experience strongly preferred
- Experience dealing with strategic/enterprise clients required
- Progressive leadership/management experience required
- Demonstrated experience growing the sales of a company required
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, not macros) required
- Startup experience a plus
