Onboarding Program Manager

As a manager on the Onboarding team, you will play a key role in building out top-notch Onboarding programs to support Lyft’s lines of business (LOBs) and central function (CFs) organizations, beginning with our Talent Team Bootcamp.

This role will sit within Learning & Development (L&D) under Onboarding, and partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, functional experts / leaders, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders and organizations.

Responsibilities: Initially, build and maintain a top-notch Onboarding Bootcamp for the Recruiting organization that moves the needle on skill set and application Based on the Recruiting blueprint, apply scaled Bootcamp/Onboarding solutions for other parts of the business Gather all onboarding requirements and collaborate closely with L&D partners to create immersive, blended learning experiences for new-hires Delegate tasks and manage the work of team members supporting initiatives on a functional level Develop program evaluation and metrics to measure the success of Bootcamp/Onboarding efforts Facilitate Lyft’s weekly new hire orientation experience as a backup when needed Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of work experience in a related field (Onboarding, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR) 3 year of Project Management experience Knowledge and experience building & facilitating onboarding bootcamps preferred Thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment, with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, and across boundaries Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills Lyft is an EEO employer that actively pursues and hires a diverse workforce, and pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
