The role of the office supervisor is to ensure workflow efficiency and build a team that is responsive and caring to patient needs and maintain a healthy financial status for our practice.
We offer a competitive salary and will train the right candidateMedical Assistant primary duties will include but are not limited to:Preparing and maintaining exam rooms in a clean and orderly mannerAssisting the physician with a wide range of tasks that are related to patient careContacting pharmacies with new medication and/or order changes as directedRequesting referralsMedical Front Office primary duties include but are not limited to:Greeting patients in a friendly, professional mannerAnswering, screening, and directing phone calls to appropriate parties without errorScheduling appointments and surgeriesReviewing patient registration forms for accuracy and completenessVerifying insurances and requesting co-paymentsKey Responsibilities:Management, training, and oversight of the office staff.Organize work flow and staff positions.Collaborate with experienced professionals and management group directors.Create, maintain and communicate financial reports, budgets and strategies.Skills:Effective LeadershipStrong CommunicationAdaptabilityProblem SolvingOrganizational AwarenessRequirements:At least one year of experience as a medical assistant/receptionist preferably in an OBGYN setting1-2 years minimum management experienceBilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
