Provide superior patient service withcompassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards Supervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practice How Youll Succeed Ready to be part of a patient-centric team 2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales required Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications Bachelors degree preferred This is a float position that covers our Saugus, MA; Medford, MA; and Methuen, MA offices.
