Office Manager

Office Manager Location: Onsite at Martinsville, VA Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay: $18 to $19/hour Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory and order stock as necessary Perform data merges Manage internal expectations on completion of projects and communicate all notable project updates internally Coordinate project requests with Project Management and internal operations team to ensure deadlines are met Maintain tracking and reporting necessary to support each project Must be organized and able to manage time and multiple projects Basic Qualifications Experience Leadership experience is preferred Skills/Abilities Strong computer skills are a must Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Organized and detail oriented Effective problem-solving skills Excellent documentation skills Ability to work well with others as part of a team, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and capability to work under stressful situations Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
