Ozar Wellness House (OWH) is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, 15-20 employees.
OWH is a wellness center in the heart of Century City that has a full gym, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, yoga, pilates, gyrotonic, and massage therapy.
As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people skills.
You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Previous experience in medical is not a must, fitness (gym) or customer service industry is a plus Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational and leadership skills Deadline and detail-oriented Sales Strong computer and social media skills Superb written and verbal communication skills Excellent people skills
