Office ManagerLos Angeles /Corporate – People /Part-TimeItalic is searching for an energetic Office Manager with experience in photo studio work to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Los Angeles HQ that includes a creative photo/video studio.

The ideal candidate will have an administrative or photo background.

They should have experience efficiently running a large office and managing administrative or support staff.ResponsibilitiesManage all office administrative support staff and activities, including daily mail/package deliveries and shipments, copy requests, ordering of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, general facilities maintenance, and other day-to-day office operationsOversee reception and front desk area; create a welcoming and safe environment for all employees and guestsProfessionally answer all incoming office/studio phone calls, emails, and ensure all correspondence is directed accordingly. Maintain visitor log and check-in all freelance guests and personnel and make sure they are directed accordinglyAssist with preparations for various on-site meetings and events held at the LA officeMake sure that the office runs efficiently and that employees have what they need to be successful (e.g., supplies, a safe work environment)Responsible for studio upkeep — maintain a clean and organized studio environment and equipment room.Ensure all photo equipment is properly catalogued in our inventory management system and stored in their correct locationsKeep all product and photo sample storage clean and organized — assisting production in hiring proper support staff for sample coordination ahead of each shootProfessional representation of the Italic brandRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required2-3 years of experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, secretary or similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasksExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workA self-starter with ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem-solveProficiency in Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack
– organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasksStrong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employeesAbility to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds.Fluent in English
