The Office Manager will also be responsible for inventory control, vendor relationships, office machine management, and budget allocation and reconciliation.The Office Manager is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently and autonomously. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate appointments and meetings with Executive Assistant staff and manage conference room schedules* Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels* Maintain health of office machines (e.g., copiers, fax machines, printers, and conference room equipment)* Manage office vendor relationships and review and approve contracts* Provide management ad hoc office reports as needed* Receive incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing shipments* Manage office budget & reconciliation* Assist with office layout planning and office moves* Plan team events including happy hours, office lunches, etc.* Assist with client event coordination* Support miscellaneous special projects as neededWho You Are* 3+ years of experience as an office administrator/manager or similar/relevant administrative role* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to successfully work with both employees and vendors* Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., copiers, fax machines, printers, and conference room equipment)* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work* Project management skill with an attention to detail to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and error free* Proficient Microsoft Office Suite* Reliable and responsible* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic* Exceptional organizational & problem-solving skills* A team player & creative thinker, who enjoys interacting with colleaguesKnown is a marketing company like no other.
