Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Office coordination ? Oversee all common areas within the office environment, including conference rooms, kitchen, etc. Placing orders for supplies as needed and setting up conference rooms for meetings and other functions. Maintain current seating chart for all employees.
  • Visitor/New Hire engagement ? Gatekeep and direct visitors when they arrive to the office. Assist with onboarding new employees and keep log of all parking cards distributed to associates.
  • Equipment maintenance ? Guarantee all technical equipment in the office is working properly, and liaise with building staff/external vendors when malfunctions occur. Resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain files and reports ? Keep company archives organized and up-to-date. Handle confidential information with poise and professionalism, and confab with off-site filing/storage vendors regularly.
  • Ad hoc projects ? Attend to additional projects as assigned with a positive attitude. Consistently look for ways to innovate within the office to improve workflow.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager
  • Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
