* Identify hiring needs and build teams as needed, especially identifying and selecting senior talents to uplift core competencies* Routinely recommend to executives HR strategies, including team-building and administrative policies, and provide HR support in alignment with corporate strategies* Resolve HR and administrative issues and create a positive corporate culture to foster productivity* Create, update and manage files for each department* Create electronic database in sync with files* Keep track of office inventory, purchase and organize necessary supplies and materials* Perform general office administrative duties such as receiving incoming phone calls, circulating business correspondence etc.* Assist leadership team with various tasks as neededQualifications and Desired Characteristics* Outstanding Business English writing skills* At least 5 years of experience with various file management systems* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a U.S accredited University* Detail oriented individual who is willing to work hard to finish the job* Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment* Positive, professional demeanor* Ability to work in a culturally diverse team
