Salary: $63-65K/year (based on experience)

Description

A new and fast growing venture backed luxury fashion company is looking for an office manager to support their growing facility needs.

You will be working to run the administration of the brand, supervising, supporting, and coordinating all things office-related for employees, in addition to being responsible for the facility’s day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self starter, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Leading project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Supporting employees at all levels in local needs Negotiates the purchase of services, office supplies, equipment, etc.

Executive administrative responsibilities including meeting organization and set up, and a variety of tasks to support and as directed by senior management Manage travel arrangements, flights, hotels etc.

Manage and coordinate meeting room setups Produce and execute company culture-building events Provide assistance to finance and HR in local needs Follow through on maintaining IT agreements and contracts Lead and execute all other extemporaneous projects related to but not limited to office management, and maintaining company culture

Qualifications
4-6 years of similar experience Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communicator with great interpersonal and team management skills Total ownership and high level of accountability Proactive individual who takes initiative Results oriented and time efficient Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to prioritize different admin-related tasks at once
