This position will be located in Woodland Hills, CA.

In this role the selected candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse group of security professionals in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will be the Site Security Manager supporting all Woodland Hills DoD programs and have management oversight of and the site security budget.This Industrial Security Manager should have experience managing complex DOD security programs, to include ensuring compliance with government and company regulations, FSO experience and certification, physical security, crisis management, contingency planning, and some SAP/SCI security operations.
The Security Manager primarily oversees site security DOD program activities and provides guidance to briefed personnel, to include supporting program managers in achieving key goals.
The Security Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining site security metrics and interfacing with Program Leadership team.
The selected candidate is responsible for site staffing and working with Program stakeholders to ensure security classification guidelines are being met and implemented on all government programs.
The individual will provide overall security guidance to briefed personnel through a robust educational program.Basic Qualifications:Active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS clearance with SCI and SAP access.10 Years of security experience with Bachelors; or 8 Years of security experience with Masters; 4 additional years experience accepted in lieu of degree.Must have an in-depth knowledge and skills with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and with working knowledge of Special Access Programs and/or SCI security requirements.Must have strong communication skills.Must have strong computer and MS Office proficiency.Preferred Qualifications:Prefer an active Top Secret clearance and SAP/SCI access.Past experience in managing Industrial Security programs.Previous security management experience.
Ability to effectively engage with team members to task completion.
Ability to recognize opportunities and take independent action at resolving challenges.Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, security peers and program management team members.Ability to effectively write CONOPS, SOPs, incident reports and communicate information in an effective and timely manner with customers, management, team members and fellow employees.Salary Range: 128400 192600Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
