Job Description: We are looking for a high-performing National Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in North America by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential with key RV OEM manufacturers, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing RV OEM Customer accounts Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence Own objectives setting, training, and performance monitoring of customers assigned Communicate and work with engineering and product teams with assigned RV OEM customers.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Education & Experience: Degree in business administration or a related field Successful previous experience as a technical and or product sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets RV OEM account experience is preferred Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and willingness to be an industry expert Excellent people management skills Based in Elkhart, Indiana (required) Salary and Benefits: Working in an exciting start-up environment with state-of-the-art technology Competitive base salary Stock Options If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your resume and cover letter to careersacuvatech.com.
