National Sales Manager

Company Overview: We are a LED lighting distributor operated in Los Angeles with a reputable brand name.

There is a lot of room for growth with our company as we have been in the industry for five years now.

Our main product line consists of residential and commercial lighting products: light bulbs, striplights, and fixtures.

We distribute and provide over 200 SKU’s in our ever-expanding line of products.

We have built our line since the start of the LED revolution and focus on next-level innovations.
Job Description: We are looking for National Sales manager, preferably one who has experience in the lighting field.

You must have sales experience that you will execute and bring to our company.

Managing accounts, developing strategy, and having the ability to bring in new business is important.

Your role will include managing inside sales, managing existing and adding sales representation in states, generate new marketing sales techniques, and hire and manage new sales team member.

Job Responsibilities:
1.

Maintain and expand business with current clientele while obtaining new business
2.

Implement a sales plan, monitor sales effort and performance, work with agents and with direct sales
3.

Develop a strategy to increase our distribution channels for each territory
4.

Make business development calls to current and new customers
5.

Manage and follow up on customer inquiries
6.

Traveling to trade shows in the U.S.

7.

Work with and manage sales agent teams in our territory
8.

Work as a team by giving full effort to accomplish goals

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Knowledge of Lighting or Electrical Background Required Computer Skills
– Outlook and Internet Research
