NAMR C&S People Strategy Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DOThe NAMR People Strategy Manager will be responsible for the end to end People management in the NAMR virtual system including capacity/pyramid planning, link into recruiting (Experienced Hires, A/C hiring), integration, link into talent management/staffing, L&D, affiliation, and broader people projects). The individual will coordinate closely with counterparts from local systems/offices and Practices in the NAMR region as well his/her counterparts in other C&S systems.YOU’RE GOOD ATCapacity / pyramid planningHelp drive capability and capacity scale up and tracking in NAMR, including identifying key skill sets required (both GCT and ECT)Recruiting / integrationWork with the regional recruiting teams to understand the campus and experienced hire plans, progress and tracking against planContinue to develop and refine the strategy for and execution of lateral hire integration Provide feedback loop with recruiting teams on successful (and not successful) C&S profiles Career developmentUnderstand the development needs of individuals in the virtual C&S system and work with the L&D team to define and execute required contentEnsure appropriate C&S input into existing CDC processes (PDPC, etc.)L&D Work with relevant L&D teams on C&S specific L&D programs, e.g. new hire C&S training, C&S immersion programs, etc.MobilityHelp develop and operationalize the C&S rotational program (2023)Manage and oversee/design mobility programs for C&S membersAffiliation / engagement modelHelp drive the overall affiliation and engagement model across the virtual system, e.g. orchestrating system hub events, internal C&S communications, etc.OtherProvide leadership support to the NAMR Business Development Director including agenda setting, communications, team/network engagement, team culture, etc.Lead talent-related, cross-functional projects/initiatives in NAMRSupport diversity and inclusion efforts.
