What You Will Be Doing The superintendent, in partnership with the project manager, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project.
Position is responsible for managing subcontractors, quality control and assurance, providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, managing project schedule and being part of making the project a good experience for everyone involved.
What You Need for this Position Minimum 5 Years Experience Superintendent Multi-Family, Hotel or Senior Living Strong understanding of building systems Ability to read blue prints and specifications Commercial Construction Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors Self-motivated Must be willing to Travel So, if you are a Traveling Superintendent with relevant experience, please apply today!
