This position will have responsibilities like collecting rent from tenants, setting rent prices to fit the market, seeking out and approving new tenants, coordinating leases and following up on maintenance requests. Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance on property including maintenance Requests
- Help with maintenance requests with our vendors to solve problems for residents and owners
- Prepare, process rental applications, lease packets, renewals, and any related forms
- Investigate and/or report any incidents regarding the residents, employees, vendors, or others regarding the property
- Work with maintenance to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily, contracting out to third-party vendors as necessary
- Follow up on tenant satisfaction regarding maintenance jobs
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of residential property management is required
- Experience working with Section 8 housing preferred
- Proficient with property management software
- Must always conduct themselves professionally with coworkers, tenants, and vendors
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
