Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Interview and select motivated and qualified loan officers to add to the team.
- Set goals and quotas for team members to hit.
- Assist with Sales calls and sales training.
- Formulate game plan and goals for team members to reach.
- Assist team members with learning company guidelines and procedures to price, submit, process/manage file from a-z.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous sales manager experience.
- 1 year minimum experience in mortgage industry.
- In depth Knowledge of investor product guidelines and qualifications.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff, work well in a team setting and lead department initiatives.
- Performs good under pressure and ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 – $8,500.00 per month
