We’d love to hear from you.What’s the Role?Guaranteed Rate is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Production Manager to join our innovative and passionate team.Operational ownership of the VP’s transaction:* Utilize the functionality of reporting tools to audit the pipeline and loan level detail daily* Manages 90% process related issues for the VP* Proactively manages the VP pipeline to ensure on time closings* Monitor the tasks performed by MCs, LC, and OAs utilizing the YBR to ensure that loans are happening within time to task* Follow up immediately with POD members on tasks outside of expected turn time* Determine opportunities and trends for team improvementPOD management and development:* Training and integration of new team members* Determine opportunities and trends for team improvement* Leverage reporting data to provide both real time and routine coaching* Ensure proactive communication with customers and referral partners from all POD membersCustomer Satisfaction and Experience* Customer escalation point to identify solutions* VP escalation point for loan level and POD related issuesAdditionally, the Production Manager will provide valuable input to their Regional Sales and Operations Managers in all areas involving:* Training & Performance Management* Compliance training* New hire training* Continuing education* Performance/deficiency trainingGuaranteed Rate is an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes and encourages all applicants to apply regardless of age, race, sex, religion, color, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital or parental status, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy or other reason protected by law. #LI-NE1
