We are a privately held, fast growing Direct Lender based in California. We have been around for over 15 years and specialize in Conventional and JUMBO loan programs.

Job Details
* Looking for a knowledgeable hands on problem solver to hire, train, lead and manage current and future employees in our respective disclosure, processing, funding and compliance departments.
* Ensure customers have a positive experience and employees are held accountable for their actions.
* Processor Management includes but is not limited to:
* Load Leveling Processors so they do not become overwhelmed.
* Identify, address and resolve aging loans in processor pipelines
* Ensure Processors are to submitting new loans within 48 hours of receipt.
* Ensure Processors are to providing the borrower with a weekly update via email and phone call. Would prefer 2 updates to borrower per week.
* Also looking for processors to have a weekly update with their respective loan officers on their files to provide status.
* Ensure Processors close their assigned loans within 45 days of receiving the file unless there is a special circumstance.
* Handle and respond to complaints clients may have on processors
