We are always striving to exceed the needs of our clients and continuously raise the bar for service, always saying “Yes.”We are currently seeking a full-time highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail oriented Assistant Branch Manager that expresses an energetic personality to mirror our Exotic, Luxury and Standard vehicle fleet and Customer Service.JOB SUMMARY:Effectively and efficiently run a rental branch by managing staff and business relationships.

Requires good time management and effective delegation skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, mentor and build a strong team.Training and Employee Development.

You should be listening to and shadowing your employees to find their strengths and weaknesses to further fine tune their skills in our industry.Maintain relationships with current accounts and business and market and obtain new business in your territory.Consistently monitor and manage the up keep of your fleet by running the proper reports, manage your due backs and over dues, completing routine maintenance and coordinate the repair of damages.Manage accounts receivablesVerify and maintain reservation manifest on a daily basis.Manage all maintenance, service and repair of vehicles.Verify and monitor contract edits, contract re-writes for long term rentals, and proper and timely vehicle inspections.Facilitate the Remarketing Department with moving sale cars from rental lot to remarketing lot in a timely manner.Monitor and facilitate the Claims Department with all require vehicle/rental claim information.Facilitate and manage the revenue reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular and timely basis to ensure the Account Department has all necessary and accurate documentation.Must be able to perform all duties required of the Assistant Branch Manager position.Must haves:2 years prior rental car experienceCRM knowledgeGe a self-starter and go-getterExcel and Microsoft experienceLive in the Los Angeles areaPrevious sales to dealers and body shops a bonusAbility to market and sell to earn businessAbility to work with other departmentsCOMPANY BENEFITS:Competitive pay plus Excellent BenefitsPaid Holidays, Vacations and Sick Days OffMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancesRetirement Plan: Roth, 401(k) and ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Participation) for employees after 6 months of employment
