Metro Division Sales Director

Beyond is seeking an experienced sales leader, with a proven track record of success in the payments and/or payroll industries, who is tired of the status quo and wants to help change the face of the payments industry.

You must be the type of individual that enjoys working with other high performers and craves the challenge of building.

The Division Director will lead a team of Business Advocates and Team Leads that are responsible for providing payment processing, payroll and integrated HCM, lending, and point-of-sale services to small and mid-size business owners.

– with stock incentive programs for top performers What You Will Do * Drive revenue growth by recruiting, onboarding, training and developing a team of highly motivated Business Advocates and Team Leads.* Be a subject matter expert for your sales team and clients in all areas of payment processing, lending, point-of-sale, payroll and integrated HCM systems* Grow your team through outbound recruiting and interviewing* Source for top notch sales professionals* Learn and understand all statements, hardware, software, and reporting offered by Beyond* Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners* Organize your day and week around competing demands* Implement a team strategy to exceed sales and headcount growth goals* Work closely with your team for prospecting, training, and development * Accurately track and record activities in Salesforce* Be a strong leader and mentor within our organization* Serve as local sales manager of designated areas within division* Partnership management with owners of banks, associations, VAR?s and CPA?s Who You Are * Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience* 2+ years of experience in payment processing, point of sale, or payroll sales are preferred* Tried and true sales leader with a proven track record of building top tier sales teams* Knowledge of the company?s products, services and business operations* Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work well under pressure* Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges* Desire to excel and grow within the organization* Salesforce CRM experience* Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision* Multilingual candidates are a plus About Us Beyond strives to simplify operations, reduce costs and streamline payments for small and mid-size business owners across the country.
