Purpose: Oversees and executes the media strategy for corporate PR globally.

Manages the development of strategic communications plans that proactively highlight Xerox’s value propositions, technology products.

Writes, edits, reviews and/or oversees release of communication documents that support the organization and ensures external audiences are kept in touch with company developments.

Plans, prepares and relays information concerning the company, such as shareholder information for investor relations.

Serves on an as-needed basis as company spokesperson.

Initiates programs that ensure the public’s understanding of the organization.

Co-ordinates media relations and prepares external communications.

General: Recognized as an expert in own function Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives Includes both domestic and international scope/accountability Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirement Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Communications or equivalent.
