WHO YOU ARE: You are a talented Ad sales executive with a proven track record in delivering exceptional results. You are motivated to solve clients’ needs by creating innovative partnerships and sponsorship packages which leverage Sensical’s reach across our Branded Video Service, Fast Channels and YouTube Network. You are detail-oriented, customer focused and driven to find new and recurring business. WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Director of Digital Ad Sales and Brand Partnerships is responsible for leading digital media sales efforts for our kids streaming business and ad network. They will connect with agencies and brands in the kids and family space and beyond to grow revenues using our proprietary approach to this market. Lead sales efforts within a determined sales territory to ensure delivery against revenue goals Close breakthrough brand direct sales deals and long-term partnerships by developing premium sponsorship packages with brands and their agencies. Leverage Sensical’s ad platforms which include the App, FAST Channels and YouTube Network Incorporate Sensical’s expansive and trusted YouTube Creator Network with proprietary contextual content solutions Align with kid and family-focused brands, metrics and complexities Effectively represent the Sensical brand in-market via strategic communications, client meetings/outings, and industry events WHAT WE NEED TO SEE ON YOUR RESUME: Proven experience in digital advertising and digital video with 5 years of experience in a client-focused sales role Established brand direct relationships across leading family-focused brands Deep relationships with senior leadership and family-focused media buying teams at ad agencies Extensive knowledge of YouTube and OTT AVOD media sales; kids and family experience a plus Success in meeting challenging quarterly sales targets Demonstrate and value creativity, curiosity, tenacity, and an ability to connect with others, both internal and external, who come from a wide range of backgrounds and points of view Desire to work for a mission-driven organization and be true to its values A self-starter with an ability to collaborate remotely Deeply inspired by our mission WHAT WE OFFER: A culture that values belonging, exploration, creativity, vitality, and community The chance to join one of the most recognizable and trusted brands in kids’ media.
