Marketing Technology Manager, Operations

MarTech Managers are leaders tasked with changing the way we do Marketing through exceptional product strategy centered on user experience and design, establishing a shared vision across the organization, and breaking seemingly intractable problems down into simple ideas that transform our operations and relentless prioritization.You transform marketing technology by providing our marketers with insights gleaned from past campaigns and streamlining processes and tools that we use every day. You’re a big-thinker, formulating strategic product plans that result in step-changes in the way Google Marketing operates. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, advertising, and the creative process and you have the skills and aptitude with user experience and design. You are able to apply these skills and experience to designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM), and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google’s products solve the world’s problems–from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can–changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 9 years of work experience in strategic product development, including 2 years in marketing technology.
