Minimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* 4 years of experience in marketing operations, including 2 years of marketing technology.* Experience onboarding, maintaining and deprecating marketing technology (ex: training, technical documentation, usage reporting, influencing tool adoption, implementation, system onboarding, user acceptance testing (UAT)).Preferred qualifications:* Experience with API integration solutioning, migrating large databases/platforms and processes, and technical project management and RFP process.* SQL, DAM, CMS, Project Management SaaS (Wrike) experience.* Experience in improving operations and processes through tooling and articulating a product solution to users.* Experience working in a complex martech environment across multiple teams to gather requirements and technical use cases.* Experience managing multiple stakeholders across large projects, and ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.* Excellent presentation and communication skills, taking abstract ideas and converting them to process and system needs.About the jobThe Devices and Services (D&S) organization is responsible for driving the growth of Google products, including; Google Pixel, Google Home, Pixelbook, and accessories. You are instrumental in flushing out our martech stack roadmap, and creating a more integrated tools experience for our marketers. You’ll partner with the various teams in the product area to provide design and technical expertise, drive best practices, and ensure the creation of a robust and flexible integration architecture, to meet the Devices and Services business objectives.Know the user.
