Marketing Product Manager

The Product Managers primary responsibility is overseeing product categories assigned to her or him. This includes identifying new product opportunities, guiding the organization to prioritize and develop them, and ensuring that they are launched on time while also maximizing revenue and profitability. The Product Manager collects market research about customer needs and helps develop them into requirements that guide R & Ds development efforts. Other analytical responsibilities include accurately mapping the competitive environment in all key markets and ensuring that pricing, positioning, product features and messaging all support corporate new product introduction initiatives. The Product Manager is a technical expert and a product evangelist – a champion for capturing market share. The Product Manager is a strong collaborator that understands the big picture and overall strategic objectives, and uses this knowledge and skill to build alignment across the organization for product introductions. The Product Manager also ensures that products are properly sustained after launch, helping identify and execute any changes or modifications that are required. Responsibilities: * Plan and execute VOC (Voice of Customer), price analysis and other market insight activities * Organize and present customer requirements to cross-functional product development team to guide new product planning * Plan and execute product portfolio and product lifecycle decisions * Manage documentation for new product introductions * Help form and manage strategic partnerships with scanning, resin and software companies and distributors * Manage and execute product sustainment activities including post-market surveillance, and post-market design or indication changes * Track revenue, profitability and product mix sales trends against forecasts * Provide input on messaging and sales collateral development Qualifications: * Deep understanding of dental 3DP applications, techniques, opportunities, challenges and issues * Strong clinical comprehension, especially related to digital dentistry * Strong collaboration skills and tendencies to ensure organizational alignment for new product initiatives * Excellent organizational and follow-through skill * Highly professional written and verbal communications * Ability to collect objective and thorough market intelligence * Ability to synthesize market signals and financial considerations into actionable insights About SprintRay: SprintRay is a highly collaborative environment where innovative people have the freedom to satisfy their curiosity by finding creative solutions to hard problems.
