In this role, you will determine and execute the digital marketing strategy for our 50+ apartment communities.

In addition, you will make a positive impact on the company’s recruiting efforts by driving traffic to our careers website.

This position reports to the AVP, Marketing & Recruiting and will supervise one associate on the Marketing team of six.

Position based in our Sherman Oaks office and will start with hybrid schedule (3-4 days a week remote) until further notice.< /div><Div> </div>< Ul><Li> <Br>Manage and oversee all digital marketing including SEO, PPC, paid social, email and display advertising campaigns for our portfolio of apartment communities as well as for the company’s recruiting team< /li><Li> Lead and manage a Marketing Analyst to measure the performance of all campaigns and evaluate against goals< /li><Li> Support recruiting functions by identifying new methods to attract candidates for open jobs< /li><Li> Provide additional in-depth marketing support to underperforming communities by analyzing the current traffic and leasing performance, troubleshooting and identifying factors contributing to the performance, and closely following up and monitoring results to improve occupancy< /li><Li> Work directly with our vendor partners to ensure our digital campaigns run smoothly and efficiently, meeting campaign goals and strategies< /li><Li> Maintain digital dashboards, evaluate important metrics and analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around our digital campaigns and website optimization< /li><Li> Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance< /li><Li> Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touch points< /li><Li> Continuously research and evaluate technologies and trends< /li><Li> Participate and present data in monthly Marketing teleconferences with the property and regional management teams< /li><Li> Assist with other projects or duties as assigned< /li></ul> <Div></div> <Div><Br> Please apply if you have:< /div><Div> </div>< Ul><Li> <Br>3+ years of strong working experience with current digital marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead campaigns from conception to execution< /li><Li> Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required< /li><Li> Industry experience in real estate or hospitality is beneficial< /li><Li> Proficiency managing SEO/SEM campaigns and ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external agencies to achieve objectives< /li><Li> Experience using websiteanalytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, BrightEdge< /li><Li> Knowledge of optimizing landing pages and user funnels< /li><Li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well confident presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively< /li><Li> Strong analytical skillsand data-driven mindset to evaluate data and optimize spend< /li><Li> Marketing project management skills and experience with budgeting, planning, implementations and prioritizing competing priorities< /li><Li> Creativity in identifying target audiences to creating engaging campaigns< /li><Li> Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, energetic and positive attitude with ability to operate under pressure< /li><Li> Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote)< /li><Li> Knowledge of industry systems such as MRI, Rent Dynamics, HyLy, RapidSoft and LeaseStar a plus< /li><Li> Availability for travel 5-15%< /li></ul> <Div><Br> </div>< Div><Br> Consistent with our company values, IMT Residential is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment.< /div><Div> </div>< Div><Br> We provide equal opportunities to all IMT associates and applicants for all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting, hiring, placement, compensation, training, transfer, promotion, leave of absence, termination, layoff, and recall.
