About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both strategy + ideation and hands on content creation, with the goal of growing brand awareness and establishing us as industry leaders.
In this role, you will manage all social media platforms, establish brand partnerships and volunteer opportunities that align with our core values, coordinate industry events and speaking opportunities for senior leaders, create branded collateral, actively monitor press mentions, and partner closely with the senior leadership team.
What to Expect:
You will play an integral role on the Marketing team, owning the external brand voice across social platforms You will refine and execute social strategy, including creation of graphics and templates You will create a social media content calendar and handle post scheduling via Hootsuite or Later You will maintain website and design, making updates in WordPress and collaborating with our SEO agency partner and developers You will collaborate with sales teams to ideate and create Lead Gen campaigns and other initiatives to aid in Business Development efforts You will plan and execute external events, webinars, or speaking opportunities, including logistical preparation and vendor management You will find event opportunities for recruiters from all divisions to attend, ensuring they are actively involved in their local markets You will coordinate internal events to reinforce company culture You will manage production of printed collateral, brochures, event signage, sales decks, etc.
You will handle client and candidate gifting efforts
Who We are Seeking:
Bachelor’s Degree Highly creative
– ideally from a creative, PR, or editorial background Experience with programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite, and Later Self-starter and highly motivated Ability to work quickly and effectively on both team-oriented and independent projects Capacity to evaluate and manage constantly shifting priorities Proficiency in MS Office Suite Familiarity with Google Analytics WordPress and email marketing experience Excellent writing skills with samples to share Graphic Design experience displayed in an online portfolio Professional written and verbal communication skills
