The parent company also manufactures and distributes tools and accessories for the welding industry and manufactures chemicals for the Construction industry.

The company was established almost 100 years ago in Germany and is a recognized name within its areas of focus.

Position Summary The Marketing Manager will work closely with relevant sales management and executives that are managing accounts in the segment.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will recommend marketing strategies, analyze industry trends, customer activity and product applications to determine sales and profit potential resulting from changing conditions.

Collaboration with other Market Managers and divisions that have applicable value propositions to foster system solutions and amplify market strategies.

Essential duties and responsibilities Produce catalogs, brochures, point of sales displays and various specifications/manuals Update product catalogs and manage approvals to coincide with pricing changes/updates Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end Supervise & coordinate the activities of a Marketing Assistant Coordinate and manage marketing activities within agreed budget with respect to marketing campaigns, media, advertising and trade shows Coordinate trade show activities including and product displays (Complete Booth Set Up, Banner) Suggest and coordinate photography/illustration needs for the successful execution of marketing campaigns Coordinate ads and product promotions together with client marketing dept.

or other contacts Provide creative input on layout and photography needs to internal and external customers Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent More than 5 years of experience in traditional marketing or product marketing, product management; Experience within the Welding or Hand/Power Tool industry is desired Experienced in commercial level Banner, Display printing, Laminating and other associated tasks Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a strong desire to improve processes Creative design skills, using standard graphics tools such as Adobe or other similar tools Excellent writer and communicator (in both the written and verbal form) Occasional travel to a Trade Show or client (up to 10%
– 15%)
