Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing integrated marketing and digital campaign for the company.

This role will create, implement, and monitor innovative marketing strategies that establish a solid brand presence to attract new customers and drive revenue growth using consumer insights and data.

Experience in demand generation, marketing communications, brand management, community growth, SEO, and content marketing aimed at establishing and extending market leadership are critical to this role.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders and the executive team to establish the company brand, values, and mission; and create differentiated market messaging Manage and refine the company’s social media presence, including content for the pages Work closely with the team responsible for deployment of funds to reach user acquisition goals across digital (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, programmatic, affiliate, mobile/app, video, emerging, and cross-channel marketing) Support new business initiatives including providing RFI / RFP support Own all aspects of branding, positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, technical requirements, sales support, and more to meet market demands and clearly communicate the company’s value proposition Oversee demand and lead generation marketing, branding, content development, advertising, PR/media relations, events, CRM, and co-marketing initiatives Write blog posts, articles, white papers, and additional forms of written content on behalf of Operam, including PR efforts Develop strategies and execute on them for other types of content marketing, including video, podcasts, and emerging media opportunities Create and execute lead-generating marketing campaigns on a continuous basis, i.e., email drip campaigns, multi-channel campaigns, online advertising Use data-driven insights to determine effective resource allocation and ensure marketing initiatives are measured against ROI Drive sales enablement and readiness through asset creation, case studies, competitive intelligence, persona research/education, and industry-specific solution packaging Competitive research on consumer trends, review market changes, and activities of competitors
Requirements:
3+ years of digital marketing experience within AdTech, media, marketing technology, email campaign management, content marketing, social media management, community management, or related space 2+ years of experience in B2B/B2C demand generation Previous experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), email marketing tools, and Google Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to write strong content for a marketing agency, in a consistent manner Experience in developing initiatives that deliver profitable marketing solutions Working knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines Familiarity with functionality and previous use of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogging platforms Proven / quantifiable success increasing inbound leads through various marketing strategies/channels Leverage data and analytics to optimize output to marketing and revenue goals Strong analytical and project management skills
Software Skills: 
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) G-Suite and Microsoft Office Products Google AdWords, SEO, web analytics, various CRM
