Marketing Director
– Payment IntegrityThe Product Marketing Director is responsible for the go-to-market planning and ongoing growth marketing for assigned products(s).

This lead will bring new products and capabilities to market, ensuring that the sales team, customers, and prospective customers understand it, and will drive demand and usage of the offerings after launch.Key responsibilities include:Product positioning and messaging: + Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned product(s), audiences, and personas.+ Understand market and client needs.+ Analyze competitive solutions offerings.+ Determine value story and key differentiators.+ Use customer insights to shape the business case and product roadmap, prioritizing customer needs and product features that deliver strategic advantage.Product content:+ Create and own key product messaging assets including product overview documentation, and standard feature grids.+ Create own ongoing management/updates to core sales assets including standard decks, sales slicks, and product brochures.+ Coordinate input and approvals from key stakeholders to support go-to-market and sales efficiency.Product marketing strategies:+ Develop key strategies, such as branding, naming, targeting, and segmentation models.+ Consider distribution, penetration, market share, product mix, media mix, and competition in defining and developing metrics-based and insights-driven marketing strategies.

+ Consult with product and sales partners to develop/lead ongoing campaign strategies that drive growth.+ Drive thought leadership agenda for assigned product(s).+ Build and advocate for the product marketing budget.Qualifications Minimum Requirements:+ Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 6+ years of product and/or marketing experience, including a broad and deep understanding of the health care industry, strategic planning, and project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.+ Experience presenting to C-Suite leadership is required.+ B2B product management/marketing experience is required.Preferred qualifications:+ Healthcare industry experience is preferred.+ MBA preferred.+ Knowledge of payment accuracy/financial management solutions for managed care is preferred.Applicable to Colorado Applicants OnlyAnnual Salary Range*: $102,732
– $128,415Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
