Marketing Director

Sweety High Media is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Brand

Marketing team. This Director of Integrated Marketing serves as the primary lead on all custom, cross-platform solutions and client materials to support our growing media portfolio. This role is for a thought leader who can move between ideation, collateral development, packaging, and pitching to onboarding clients and helping manage those high profile relationships.

This is a position for an experienced and creative marketer. You will be responsible for

supporting sales efforts with a thorough understanding of SHM’s network portfolio. You will work closely with the CEO, CCO, Production and Fulfillment teams to drive commercial success by balancing pricing, performance and brand equity.

You will be a dynamic and thoughtful innovator who solves brand challenges by utilizing SHM’s robust client solutions. We are looking for someone capable of developing tailored campaigns for both agencies and brand-direct clients, as well as the facilitation of thought-leading executions for clients in the music, entertainment and brand sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thorough understanding of SHM value proposition and market positioning
  • Concept and craft custom brand campaigns through best-in-class proposals and

presentations

  • Collaborate with Editorial, and Production teams to identify, create and package new

proactive programs and sales opportunities

  • Develop integrated advertising packages (content, creators, experiential) from ideation

to formal or informal response to proactive or reactive (RFP/RFI) needs

  • Create media and marketing plans alongside proposal materials and socialize with

clients

  • Create and manage marketing materials, including case studies and sell sheets across

SHM products

  • Build SHM capabilities presentations that showcase the SHM story, audience insights,

and creative solutions

  • Act as client liaison to help ensure campaigns are successful and oversee reporting

SKILLS

  • Strong creative and tactical mindset. Ability to think both in and out of the box as needed

for clients with a knack for writing marketing copy

  • Detail-oriented, thrive on multitasking and high performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a taste for design and creative

storytelling

  • Good judgement with the ability to work independently and as a leader across

multifunctional teams

  • Experience with custom content, the creative economy and social growth
  • Positive attitude, energetic and passionate about pop culture and the Gen Z media

landscape

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in Integrated Marketing, Client Solutions, and/or

Creative Services role for a B2C Publisher, media agency or brand

  • Core Google Suite, MS Excel, MS Word, Keynote
  • Experience executing social media and Influencer Marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of analytics reporting across Social Media platforms and Ad Manager
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to articulate key

milestones and dependencies

  • Demonstrable track record of creating culture leading marketing and content programs,

working with designers, producers and clients that track to yield and margin.

The ideal candidate for this role lives in either LA or NYC and is willing to work in a remote and/or hybrid capacity.
