Marketing Director

Welcome is looking for a Marketing Director to spearhead Welcome’s B2B marketing, growth, and community efforts.

You will have the opportunity to lead the evolution of our marketing, brand, content, and sales marketing/growth efforts.

As an early member of the team, you will have plenty of opportunities to build the foundation of our marketing process alongside the leadership team.

In this role, you will be joining the ground floor of a business that is already seeing exponential growth.

Primary Responsibilities Own and expand Welcome’s lead generation and growth efforts across various marketing channels and platforms Implement processes to oversee wide-reaching external messaging to ensure it is aligned with Welcome’s marketing brand strategy Oversee all marketing initiatives and campaigns to position our product, services, and solution aligned to specific client segment targets Define and manage product launches, including development of product positioning, launch strategy, and product marketing Drive strategic discussions to better understand our clients, business and opportunities Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams on technology messaging and product positioning Deliver content for sales and client engagement campaigns Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Create and manage engaging content across our blog and social channels Manage and expand PR relationships and strategies to tell our story Requirements An appetite to work in an agile and dynamic environment that is creating a new HR category 8 years experience in digital strategy, content marketing and lead generation, preferably at a B2B SaaS company Quick to learn new topics and demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Able to operate up high and down low
– high-level focus on the bigger picture while getting in the weeds to ensure flawless execution.
