It is the most accurate and reliable assessment available and only takes about 8 minutes to complete — and it’s absolutely free!nn nnAs Senior Marketing Director, Commerce, you will report to and work closely with the SVP, Commerce to oversee all of our commerce growth efforts aimed at driving the highest value from our audience across multiple channels.  You will help develop and execute a growth strategy, lead a team to accomplish and be accountable to revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally . nn nn You will take a rigorous, data-driven approach to directing the creation and optimization of campaigns, segmenting and analyzing our users to diversify revenue, and designing and executing experiments.  You-ll  focus on deriving the highest value from our commerce user funnel while also contributing to our brand through developing deep, qualitative insights. nn nResponsibilitiesn Meet revenue target and profitability goals through annual budget preparation, ongoing forecasting, and results analysis.

Oversee regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPI) across marketing channels.  Champion bold and creative ideas and lead the exploration of the latest media channels and non-linear strategies to grow the business.  Partner with our Product and Audience Development teams to direct and improve commerce growth projects through user acquisition, engagement, and conversion optimization  Create a vision for the long and short-term commerce growth marketing roadmap, with a focus on new traffic and revenue opportunities  Direct, manage and optimize  ad campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram , etc.

), paid search (Google, Bing), and mobile channels  Identify and direct the highest impact multi-variate testing opportunities, while prioritizing, executing, and tracking  results.

Communicate all plans and updates with our  cross-functional  partners.  Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase conversions through multiple onsite and offsite channels (UX, paid social, search, syndication  etc.

).  Demonstrate ability to impactfully grow and improve the efficiency of marketing channels and own full-funnel marketing strategy and budget.  Develop channel strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets with an eye toward cost-efficient growth and improving ARPU  Lead acquisition and growth efforts both hands-on and as a mentor.  Inform the marketing technology stack including demand generation, marketing automation, and analytics.  Ensure that people and processes are set up, aligned and integrated to achieve excellent performance and provide visibility and analytics on results and effectiveness.  Forecast and budget with accuracy  Set a standard of excellence and a clear system for understanding priorities, aligning you and your team to be accountable for the results.  Further develop an existing team of high-performing marketers, analysts, and oversee agency relationships.  Synthesize vast amounts of data and report key insights and findings for the broader executive team and other stakeholders on a recurring basis  Work with data and finance to improve the attribution model and forecast, and report results to senior management and the Board.  Maintain and refine scalable, repeatable, and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns.  nQualificationsn Great compensation and exceptional benefits package including: medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance,  401(k) with employer match, flexible spending accounts, pre-taxcommuter transit and parking benefits,  paid paternal leave , sabbatical leave after  5 years  of service, flexible paid time off, life insurance, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability.
