Marketing Campaign Manager – Strategist

We are currently looking to add a Lead Generation Manager to the marketing team.

Thats the problem Foureyes chases every day for our customers building software that helps them close more deals by finding, capturing, and prioritizing prospects for sales.

And its the problem that the Campaign Manager will chase, day-in and day-out building campaigns and programs that move our audience through their buying journey, and down the Foureyes marketing and sales funnel.

The Team The marketing department is a small team dedicated to doing good work that achieves results and celebrating successes together.

The Position As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for building and executing efforts that generate and capture audience demand throughout the buying journey.

This includes leading the end-to-end delivery (and reporting) of audience-centric marketing engines, including recurring campaigns and other always-on programs that ultimately help drive leads to sales.

This includes, but is not limited to Develop, manage, execute, and optimize campaigns and programs that align to approved overarching strategic marketing direction.

This will include both generating demand and acquiring net new leads.

Build integrated plans by identifying the proper mix of needed assets, channels, nurture, and audience targeting/segmentation strategies and tactics per campaign and program.

Identify and manage execution against different channel tactics such as email, LinkedIn, Facebook, SEM, display, native ad platforms, direct mail and others.

This includes determining the targeting, formats, creative, and spend budgets.

Work with the content team to identify existing or request new assets and copy such as blogs, infographics, landing pages, social posts, email and other formats.

Determine and support development of measurement strategy and define campaign success criteria and KPIs; report regularly on performance, including key insights that fuel opportunities for optimizations.

Become a subject matter expert of where and how our target audience engages and with which types of information and formats.

Design, deliver, and execute briefs for strategic delivery plans and content needs Oversee projects to ensure on-time completion, quality of work, and in accordance with business goals.

Identify and test into new ideas and opportunities Build a strong partnership with sales (and other stakeholders) that influence and evangelize strategies You are an ideal candidate if: You have a demonstrated track record of developing, building, evolving, and maintaining demand gen and/or lead gen marketing systems.

You love to build, manage, and evangelize strategies and programs.

You have experience running or managing paid media campaigns and email marketing programs, including audience targeting/segmentation and allocating ad spend across tactics.

You have strong communication skills.

You are comfortable and clear talking with people at all levels to explain what, why, and how youre doing something.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess the grit to push through obstacles, and are ready to roll up your sleeves wherever needed.

Your ego takes a backseat.

You are committed to the outcome and believe in partnership on behalf of the result, not the glory.

You have the ability to earn the trust of stakeholders, partners, and leaders.

Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 5 years experience in related role Bonus points for SaaS experience, as well as knowing enough about Pardot, Salesforce, and HTML Why Foureyes?
