Role Overview

InStride is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Learner Engagement team.

In this role, you will work closely with Learner Engagement Managers to track the success of year-round marketing efforts on behalf of our enterprise clients and make strategic recommendations to scale the team’s work.

This work will directly impact InStride’s corporate partners and how we engage their employees to pursue life-changing, career-boosting learning opportunities.

This is an exciting growth opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, marketing, and implementation partners across the organization while owning a critical component to drive meaningful organizational metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Measure marketing effectiveness and deliver insights on marketing campaign performance across channels and various corporate partners
  • Translate data into useful insights and support the Learner Engagement team with strategic recommendations for scalable marketing efforts
  • Interface and coordinate with Product and Tech teams to ensure proper tracking mechanisms are implemented for capturing Learner Engagement metrics
  • Develop and maintain data and reporting processes for Learner Engagement
  • Create and monitor reporting dashboards showcasing Learner Engagement efforts via Tableau, Google Data Studio, and/or other tools as needed
  • Develop attribution strategies for content and engagement campaigns
  • Analyze data and interpret trends for the broader InStride team 
  • Query data for specific segments as needed (e.g.

    for special email campaigns)

  • Create ad hoc reports as needed
  • Adheres to and enforce data security best practices to ensure PII is not shared or distributed

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years experience within data analytics support and solutions, preferably specializing in marketing analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience with marketing measurement optimization to provide cross-functional teams a comprehensive view of marketing performance, including benchmarking and critical metrics
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with a customer data platform such as Segment or Tealium
  • Experience with Tealium AudienceStream a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and data-driven storytelling skills
  • Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Tag Management Solutions, and A/B Testing Solutions
  • Fluency with visualization tools (Tableau or Google Data Studio) with the ability to create interactive, user-friendly, and compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Fluent with Excel
  • Expertise in measurement tools and methodologies across digital and offline channels
