Due to continued growth, our client are looking to recruit a Market Development Manager for the West Coast Region. In this position you will work closely with the global marketing management team to align the strategy and execute the activities locally.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate strategy implementation within the assigned region (Crop and Product); definition of the most appropriate value pricing of solutions at a local level, and product launch leads in the product specific geographies.
Technical support to the Sales Teams on relevant technical requests such as protocols, demo trials, meetings with clients, etc.
Sales team technical expertise assessment for hiring annual evaluation of competences and the technical training needs evaluation.
Marketing budget allocation by crop products and territory.
Development and execution of marketing strategy according to products and Crop priorities.
