Healthcare systems buying purchased services at the enterprise level are Sodexo’s most strategic accounts.

The Managing Sales VP will work closely and collaborate with territory sales executives, operations and functional support.**We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills:**+ Financial acumen/Contractual skills;+ Strong analytical and consulting skills;+ Self-starter, resilient Well-organized, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines;+ Ability to recognize the values within different cultures and different ways of working;+ Drive solutions that optimize and grow the current business portfolio;+ Develop and execute strategies to accelerate sophisticated business growth throughout the US;+ Solid Project Management skills.

Methodical and rigorous;+ Have strong agility skills; the ability to deal with shifting priorities;+ Have unparalleled persuasion, sales influence and closing skills;+ Ability to build links between different parts of a bid for business;+ Can simply articulate complex matter;+ Solid knowledge of regional economic environments;+ Ability to thrive and succeed in a matrixed environment;+ Solid understanding of healthcare trends and emerging technologies to support them;+ Enterprise level sales experience highly valued.**The ideal candidate will:**+ 8-10 Years of broadly executive level experience;+ Expertise in closing complex contracts;+ Demonstrate proven success negotiating service contracts on a national scale;+ Led or significantly contributed to successful bid processes that have contributed significantly to the growth of the organization;+ Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and analysis;+ Think and act as a business leader with the ability to translate strategic priorities to business objectives practically;+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or closely related field.

– $292,000_**Position Summary**+ Develops and implements the business plan, budget and forecasts to achieve sales, market share, and market growth targets and retention strategies to attain overall financial goals for designated area.+ Manages planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, CRM data quality, sales program implementation, Sodexo Global Sales Academy behaviours, recruiting and selection of sales force talent+ Partners with senior sales leadership and Operations Leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvements; fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success+ Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place+ Researches growth strategies and competitor practices and strategies to evaluate and implement new strategies.+ Responsible for developing strategic plan to drive sustained and continuous sales growth for the Hospitals area of responsibility.
