We are hiring for a Managing Director on our Sales team covering Torrance, CA RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee field sales efforts for the Torrance territory Generate client referrals as well as foster existing and potential referral sources through field-based in-person sales activity Educate territory’s accounts (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community-based organizations, etc.) on 24 Hour Home Care’s sales campaigns, promotions, new service offerings, programs, and specialty trainings Seek out and acquire new contract opportunities within the territory Sell and market our services directly to our clients/families and build solid relationships with all parties involved in their care Ensure client satisfaction through Quality Assurance outreach Analyze & report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop relevant action plan QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years strong outside/field sales experience Healthcare industry experience or experience selling in hospitals, preferred Exceptional communication, presentation and public speaking skills Proven track record of successful networking, relationship building, and building a book of business Familiar with use of CRM and accurate daily tracking/recording of sales activity Highly organized, methodical, and flexible to changing needs Coachable: Accepting of constructive feedback and ongoing professional development Self-starter with positive “can do” attitude & excellent work ethic Bachelor’s Degree Available outside of normal business hours for consults, emergencies, field-based events, or team support BENEFITS & PERKS: 4 days of paid volunteer time off Your birthday day off plus PTO, holidays, and floating holidays Professional development reimbursement program Fun team building events & virtual activities Fitness reimbursement & access to wellness programs (e.g.
