Greenspire specializes in home performance through the retrofitting of residential homes to make them more energy efficient. Our motive is to find the homes that will qualify for the Energy Upgrade California program, schedule an energy assessme nt with the homeowner, and help determine what upgrades the home needs to improve its energy efficiency and home performance.
We are expanding rapidly and in order to keep up with our growth we are looking to hire an individual we can start at a sales position and quickly cross-train him/her to a management position. Training will cover the different departments such as sales, auditing and assessments, operations, scheduling, project management, installation, and human resources.
Upon completion of the training program; this individual will have the opportunity to oversee one of several districts we are expanding in to in the next 10 weeks. Districts include: North Valley, South Valley, Inland Empire, SE Los Angeles County, and, Orange County. By the end of 2022 , we will expand in to 40 states. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, goal-getter, and looking to grow with a young company with a tremendously bright future. This person will have to learn sales, sales training, and management.

Job Requirements:
- Sales experience
- Experience with training and managing people
- College/ 4 year degree strongly preferred
- Valid driver license
- Pass criminal background test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong inter-personal and communications skills
- Reliable transportation –
- Must be willing to commute to LA/Orange County Area for training period
- We will not consider out of state applicants not currently in California
Compensation:
- Potential to earn $60,000 annually plus another $10,000 – $30,000 in bonuses.
