We provide solutions for a brighter future through our client centered service, breadth of product expertise, deep distribution relationships, and outstanding team of hardworking and passionate employees.Overview of the RoleAIG is seeking a highly motivated individual who will establish an implementation plan for AIG’s Corporate Tax Department, create project plans, and manage day to day execution of those plans.

He/She/They will work to establish strategies to maximize efficiencies/automate current tax accounting processes.Summary of ResponsibilitiesWork with technology vendors on day-to-day service delivery challenges and oversight.Collaborate with colleagues and third parties to design, build and test tax technology solutions.Support the maintenance and data management of tax provision and tax compliance software, working with IT and vendors.Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to troubleshoot, resolve and improve deployed tax technology solutions.Design, build and deploy low code tax technology solutions (the MS Power Suite, Alteryx and similar tools), engaging with vendors and IT.Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies.Qualifications – Our Ideal CandidateCPA / CA with a Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance6 plus years of SOX, Audit, or accounting related experienceBig 4 public accounting experience preferred, but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to drive control rationalization and automation effortsAbility to lead a large team, and execute in a global environment (off-shore stakeholders)A willingness to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement through changeWhat our employees like most about working for AIG We care about your professional development.
