Support company sales targets, revenue goals, and client satisfaction gates.Essential FunctionsManage the implementation and delivery of programs and training to enhance sales performance.Partner with senior sales and solution leaders on development and process to track learning metrics to evaluate and measure training provided to determine training effectiveness. May be responsible for some of the metric calculation and reporting.Establishes Trusted Advisor relationship with leadership across BUs and Functions.Uses professional concepts and strategies to develop, plan, design and deliver programs and training to enhance sales performance.Works with company SMEs and Marketing team to confirm sales readiness content, delivery method, audience and timing.Provide tactical guidance to sales leaders as it relates to training programs.Maintains knowledge of healthcare information technology industry and Market Intelligence to modify and prioritize training strategies and effective sales techniques.Create team spiritJob RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or MBA in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales (Preferred)Education, instructional design, facilitation and/or training certification or degree (Preferred)5+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience (Preferred)1 year Mentorship/Coaching experience2-4 years relevant leadership experience (Preferred)Up to 10% travel may be requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnderstanding of sales process, process improvement, and selling skills methodologiesDemonstrated track record working in large complex organizationsExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsProven record of on-time delivery of multiple programs and projectsAbility to work and learn independently and as part of a face-paced, dynamic teamUnderstanding of Healthcare IT industryExperience with a variety of software programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Camtasia, Adobe, LMS systems, and ability to learn new programsStrong instructional design and presentation experienceHigh energy and passion for innovation#LI-ALLMust have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment with Allscripts.Visa Sponsorship is not offered for this position.At Allscripts, our greatest strength comes from bringing together talented people with diverse perspectives to support the technology needs of 180,000 physicians, 1,500 hospitals and 10,000 postacute organizations across the globe.
