We’re looking for a Manager, Risk & Analysis to join our Global Security team!
What you’ll do:
Serve as the team leader for leading, implementing and coordinating the Security Operations Risk & Analysis program, partnering closely with other departments and business partners
Lead all aspects of threat assessments, and other special projects on a wide variety of security risks as advised by leadership
Contribute to the travel security program, specifically providing creative input regarding the monitoring programs and emergency management of global travelers
Own the delivery and presentation of risk intelligence products for Snap business verticals
Build and maintain cross functional business partner relationships to support the development of investigations and insider threat programs
Formulate and coordinate Risk & Analysis guidelines, policies, standard operating procedures for global administration
Establish evaluation metrics through continuous global assessment aimed to provide recommendations for prioritization and control integration across all components of the program
Keep up with relevant international legislation, emerging threats, forecasts, policies and benchmarks
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge and familiarity with corporate security team processes, procedures and technology systems
Sophisticated understanding in Risk, Analysis, Incident Management, Emergency Response, at a global level
Experienced use of a variety of quality customer service oriented communication skills, and special techniques to interact formally and informally with business partners, internal and external
Experience working in the security, medical, emergency services, law enforcement, military, or customer service industry is helpful
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends to adapt to our 24/7 operation
Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, as well as individually
Strong time management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail capabilities
Proven ability to master security and risk computer based technologies
Deep understanding of open source research and intelligence gathering techniques
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to direct and manage team members, specifically through setting goals, establishing parameters for how work is performed and ensuring that direct reports have the resources vital to do their jobs efficiently
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
8+ years of proven experience in physical security, risk and analysis program management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.
in a technical area, business administrations, computer science)
Security risk management qualifications like CPP, CISSP, CRM
Intermediate understanding of Information Technology and Physical Security risk relationships
External relationships with recognized security risk organizations, industry and government
